Nose-to-Tail Chateau Brown Wine Pairing Dinner

Join us for a one-of-a-kind, nose-to-tail dinner featuring wine pairings with Chateau Brown's award-winning wines. Dinner will consist of four courses, each expertly paired with a distinguished Chateau Brown wine, and each pairing explained by a representative from Chateau Brown. Dinner is $80 per person, and includes pairings with each course, tax, and gratuity. Welcome cocktails begin at 6:30, and dinner seating starts at 7. Purchase your tickets below.
Amuse bouche: Poached oysters, Pigtail medallions, Fennel soup
1st Course: Pate de Campagne, side salad, toast points
2nd Course: Polenta Rotolo, parmesan, testa, egg yolk
3rd Course: Pork Wellington, collared asparagus, pork braised cipollini onion
4th Course: Chocolate tart, candied bacon, raspberry sorbet
